WatermelonShop.com usually has all displayed items in stock and ships within one business day (our business is not open on Sunday or Monday) after payment has been received and approved.
We ship internationally by UPS or a comparable shipper for which we charge you a reasonable flat shipping charge that represents our real cost. When the package reaches your country, it is then delivered by the local delivery service. WatermelonShop.com does NOT ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Box) however the P.O. Box can be the billing address of the cardholder. Shipping time varies by delivery method and country:

Please note that the above delivery times do not include the credit card processing time, which is usually completed within the same day your order is placed but can take longer. Global delivery times do not include any special customs considerations, which generally take only a few hours but can take longer.
Returns & Replacements
Is My Satisfaction Guaranteed? What is the Return Policy?
Watermelonshop.com guarantees total satisfaction with your purchase.
You may return unused items for refund or replacement within 10 days of the delivery date. Please notify us via e-mail at sales@watermelonshop within 3 days after you have received the items and specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. Please be sure to include:
1) Your Order Number, the Article description.
2) The reason for the replacement/refund.
Note: Please write "Return: Order Number, Reference" in your emails subject field.
No returns allowed for certain discounted items or custom orders. Please email us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
What Are the Terms of Return?
You MUST obtain a Return Authorization Reference from watermelonshop.com within 10 days from the date of shipment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION REFERENCE. Returns must be postmarked within five (5) days after receiving a Return Authorization reference.
You will be notified by email for the Return Authorization Reference number, instructions for returns, and the return address.
The item to be returned MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED AND UNWORN CONDITION AND WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL. We DO NOT accept any returns that have any indication that the article has been worn or used in any manner.
The returned items will be examined in order to fulfill term (2) requirements before any replacement or refund can be made. We will promptly send you a replacement or credit your account for the refund if term (2) requirements are fulfilled.
The REFUND does NOT including the following charges:
a) A 5.5% restocking fee (our direct cost).
b) Shipping, handling and insurance charges, and duties, taxes, or custom fees that either you or the company has incurred.
c) If your order was shipped free for a special promotion, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
FAILED DELIVERY: No refunds for orders returned to us due to refused delivery or for customer's failure to collect package or contact carrier within the initial delivery attempts.
All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You should insure your return as we cannot be responsible for damaged, lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
If you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Should you cancel all or part of the charges to your credit/debit card or PayPal account (called a "chargeback") without notifying us by email, you will be assessed a $30.00 administration fee, which is a fee levied by the credit card company. Please do not initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer before contacting us. There is never a need for chargebacks as we welcome communications from all our customers and can resolve most problems efficiently and courteously and, if necessary, issue refunds within 24 to 72 hours to your credit/debit card or PayPal account, thereby avoiding the $30.00 chargeback fee.
When Will the Credit Appear On My Statement?
A refund request takes about 7 business days to process. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 days or more for the credit to appear in your account. Please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns about your refund.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Accepted payment type is credit card, we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Please be warned that some types of bank debit cards can not be used for credit card type purchases although they look like a credit card. If your debit card is declined by our online store, please try a different card. Our telephone sales people use the same credit card processor as the store, so a telephone purchase will not be able to use a card that has been declined by our online store.
Our store will keep your old order information for up to two years so that you may look at what you have ordered in the past and reorder if you wish. You will need to log into your store account in order to access the "My Orders" area of your account.
Updating Account Information
You may update your account information at any time. Please be aware that updating your online store account, will not alter a billing or shipping address on an already existing order. If you need to update information after your order has been completed. You will need to call us at 830-875-9055 before your order ships in order to correct the information.
You can subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time within your store account. Just 'uncheck' the newsletter box and you will not receive any newsletter contact.
